General Secretary of the CPC,Xi Jinping has made a correct,clear and scientific determination of Chinese diplomacy's place,role and strategical content in the 21 st century in the 19 th CPC National Congress.He pointed out that the major country diplomacy of Chinese characteristics is to promote the establishment of new international relationship and a community of a shared future for mankind,which is the general objective of the major country diplomacy of Chinese characteristics for a new era and also publicly expresses the big direction for us to work forward with other countries.The general objective has given a new blueprint and realizing way to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and improve global management.
